Springs Smoked Seafoods is one of few companies outside the United Kingdom using the traditional English Oak to give its fresh smoked seafoods such a distinctive flavour.

The South Australian based company daily airfreights one tonne of smoked products around Australia and supplies 1,000 tonnes of Atlantic salmon to domestic and export markets.
