B.-d. Farm Paris Creek Pty Ltd
B.-d. Farm chose dairy country in the Adelaide Hills for the site of South Australia’s first biodynamic dairy farm. It has since inspired other dairy farmers to convert to biodynamic standards, in order to supply additional milk, particularly in the local area.
The farm produces fresh milk, yogurt, quark and butter – a milk product similar to cottage cheese - for the Australian market, and exports to Hong Kong and Singapore.
